A crisp, dry, zingy, intensely flavoured Riesling that will make you sit up and take notice! Aromas and flavours of lemons, limes and candied grapefruit that are fused together by a laser-like seam of acidity that carries right through to the long finish.
It’s drinking beautifully right now, brilliant on its own or as an accompaniment to seafood, salads or poultry dishes.
It will cellar well for over a decade, as it matures developing toasty, honeycomb and lime aromas and flavours.
