The Stickleback blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Dolcetto highlights the talents of winemaker Ben Glaetzer (see Annaparena and Amon Ra). A vibrant deep ruby in colour, with aromas of black fruits, cherries and blackcurrants.
This is a delicious, full-flavoured wine with rich, dark fruit flavours from the Cabernet and Shiraz, which give the wine a rich savoury character and great structure while Dolcetto lends brightness and lift, and contributes tantalising spice, tannin, and fresh, crisp acidity to the palate.
