2018 Chapel Hill The Parson Cabernet Sauvignon

Inky-purple legs colour the glass, full-bodied, lush ripe fruit, wild plums, chocolate, tobacco leaf and hints of spearmint. Smooth tannin enveloped by a warm finish." RealWineReview

2018 Primo Estate Shale Stone Shiraz

95 points. From the McMurtrie Vineyard in the heart of McLaren Vale and the Angel Gully Vineyard in Clarendon, crushed direct to open fermenters, matured in French and American oak (40% new) for 15 months. Waves of spice, dark chocolate, black cherry and plum fill the bouquet and palate, the oak important but not OTT." James Halliday

2019 D'Arenberg Stump Jump Grenache, Shiraz & Mourvedre

A rich ruby red appearance with a fragrant nose of raspberry, a hint of dark cherry and spice. Silky texture on the palate, but with a juicy fruit core that shows plum, red berries, and a savoury finish.

2018 Dandelion Lioness of the McLaren Shiraz

The Lioness of McLaren Vale is produced from a single vineyard in the foothills of McLaren Vale. The nose has impressive purity of fruit showing lush scents of summer pudding with lifted re fruits, berries and a hint of cinanamon. The palate is generous and mouthfilling with sweet blackberry, raspberry and plum flavours with uindercurrents of mulberries and chocolate.

2020 Primo Estate Virginia Vineyards Shiraz Cabernet Merlot

The 2020 Virginia Vineyards is a proven blend of Shiraz (61%), Cabernet Sauvignon (32%) and Merlot (7%), the style is harmonious and mouth filling. Following blending, the wine was aged in older American and French oak barrels to marry the components and impart a mellow, lingering oak character. It's a deep, rich, warm-hearted wine, with luscious flavours and a long, velvety finish.

2019 Willunga 100 McLaren Vale Shiraz

This wine reflects the Grenache characteristics of both the Blewitt Springs and McLaren Flat sub-regions of McLaren Vale, with bright lifted fruit in the blue and red spectrum alongside intense floral aromatics. The palate has generous pure fruit harnessed by fine sandy tannins and a richness on the mid-palate reflecting the influence of the oak.
