Lioness of McLaren Vale is sourced from Angus and Helen Tuck's vineyard located in the subregion of Bakers Gully. Here mature Shiraz vines thrive in the ironstone pebble laden clay loam, over ancient Kurrajong Formation geology, a silica cemented conglomerate most suited to grow Shiraz.

Highly regional aromas of baking spices and dried fruits meld with a contemporary whiff of florals and blueberry, affirmed by a pulpy mid-palate, a grind of pepper and considerable energy driving the finish. Very good drinking and exceptional value.
