The 2021 Gaia is 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc. Only 250 dozen produced.

There are dark berry aromas, vibrant bramble characters and a classic blackcurrant palate. From a tiny crop – barely half a kilogram per vine – this is a wine of intensity, power, and promise.

Yet, as a young cabernet, its generously flavoured almost silky palate invites one to sip more. While its youthfulness is most evident with a late firmness, the tannins are fine and elegant, all is beautifully balanced.
