This wine shows how well Shiraz flourishes in the Grampians region of Victoria. A wonderfully elegant cool-climate Shiraz.

Aromas of Red and black cherries, ripe raspberry, boysenberry and a lick of baking spice. The palate has flavours of morello cherries, blackberries and raspberries along with a mix of cloves, cardamom and white pepper.

The finish has fine, silky tannins and good length. It will drink well for a decade.
