A top winemaker and member of one of Australia’s longest winemaking dynasties, Andrew ‘Ox’ Hardy is producing some of McLaren Vale’s finest expressions of red wine - far from the stereotypical perception of what this region is all about. They’re fragrant, elegant and medium bodied.

This Grenache is produced off forty-and fifty-year-old bush vine blocks which are dry grown on sandy soils in Blewitt Springs and McLaren Flat. It has aromas of red berries and spice on the nose, while the palate is awash with dark cherry, sour cherry and strawberry flavours. A soft tannin structure, a lick of minerality and crunchy acid leads into a beautiful, long finish
