This Barossa shiraz is made using grapes from both cooler elevated hillsides and warmer, deep and ancient valley floor soils. A delicious, robust but balanced shiraz showcasing the blueberry and plum notes of the Barossa, with just a hint of chocolate coming from 12 months ageing in large oak hogsheads. The finish is rich and full-flavoured.
