Arriving late-October

This Pinot Gris displays opulent pear, lychee and peach flavours complemented by subtle citrus zest, fullness with fruit sweetness in the middle palate and cleansing acidity. A great food-wine; enjoy while it is young and vibrant, with Asian cuisine, seafood and salads. There certainly is no mistaking the variety in the bottle; this vintage is a classic example of Tim's chosen style.

Tim Adams Pinot Gris 2023

Everything is right about this wine. The colour has an intriguing pinkish tinge and it is full of luscious ripe fruit. The flavour is crisp and dry but with a lowly 12% abv - a brilliant balancing act!

Surprising flavour

Not really a white wine drinker so tend to go for the more bland variety. Had this in Oz last month. Has bags of pear, peach and tropical flavour but not sweet. Great with curries.....in fact with most food.

Tim Adams Pinot Gris - my favourite ‘go to’ Australian white

Having recently returned to the UK after eight years in Australia, I was pleased to find my all time favourite white, Tim Adams Pinot Gris at the Australian Wine Centre. Light, very drinkable and simply delicious.
I was rather spoiled in Oz and have become a bit fussy about my wine now!
Ordering and delivery was easy and efficient. You have gained a new fan. Thank you.
I will be looking out for another lovely white, Vasse Felix Filius Chardonnay, hoping that some will make it’s way to your stock in the future.

Delivery was super quick and professional. It was the first time I had tried the Pinot Gris which was nice to drink on a warm evening and goes well with Thai food. I must say that the Tim Adams Riesling that I have been buying for many years is still my go to wine with fish and shell fish.
